TRUTH Restaurant was established January 7, 2003. We are a friendly neighborhood restaurant located at 808 W. Jefferson St. in Joliet - near the historical Cathedral Area. We are a full service, cozy 105 seat restaurant with a full bar and an extensive wine list. We change our Contemporary American menu twice a year along with our dessert and wine list. We offer specials depending what inspires our chef and offer organic, locally grown produce. Try our special Martini of the Month, inspired by the season. Our menu is Contemporary American Cuisine.
