Twigs Tavern and Grille

As the premier gluten-free restaurant in Rochester, Minnesota, Twigs Tavern & Grille is dedicated to providing a unique and safe gluten-free dining experience. Twigs owner Michelle Salz was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2008. As a key person in menu-development, she and Chef Luci reinvented a way to continue to create wonderful dishes for Twigs. We pay close attention to our menu and only add new items when we can create gluten-free versions that don't sacrifice quality or flavor. Through careful research, management and staff training, and personal life experiences, Twigs provides you with a relaxing dining experience where you can feel completely taken care of.
