My name is Robia Jadah Fleming, owner of Two Faced Tattoo. I have been a piercer since 2001, a permanent makeup artist since 2003, and a tattoo artist since 2008. My shop, and myself, hold current health department certifications and permits. I have certifications in permanent makeup, blood born pathogen training, tattoo industry related, anatomy and chemistry. As a past board-member of CAPSBA (The California Alliance for the Promotion of Safe Body Art) through San Diego County, I provide a clean and safe environment for you to obtain any service or procedure I offer.
