Sharing her love for quality food has always been a dream for Chef Meltem Y Ladd. She has always had a true passion for the culinary arts, which was heightened by her attendance to Le Cordon Bleu patisserie academy in 2006. Upon graduation in late 2007, Chef wanted to open a food establishment in the Beaumont area with her husband Jon Ladd, but God had other plans.
