1-I'm celebrating 30 years in business of Mediterranean cuisine innovation( restaurant & wholesale distributor)in south Florida by opening an eatery spot in food court in Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs,FL. My city which I've lived here for 30 years!!called (TZATZIKI &TAHINI) fast casual concept 2-First gyros machine in south Florida was in my in my first restaurant in Lauderhill Mall( 1987-1991) called lauderhill pizza 3-1992-1999 I was opening in the fashion mall, Plantation Greek restaurant call Gyros &Kabobs 4-1996-1999 I opened Greek Combo Grill restaurant in new plaza called Vizcaya Square in plantation & also a food vender for Barnes&Nobel 5-From 2000 on I was the founder of Greek combo distributor of specialty bakery products from the finest KOSHER bakery in USA & Canada & became a food vender (DSD)to Whole Foods Market & Costco club & many gourmet supermarkets ( www.greekcombo.com ) 6-I had introduce too many new products like lavash bread, Greek bread, naan & Lebanese pita, sangak & markook( Saj) wraps,for the first time to Florida Markets 7-Opening soon in March 2017 my new Fast Casual ( Tzatziki &Tahini) SEE YOU ALL then
