Standards of the Industry. All Union Pochteca services are authorized by Maricopa County and the State of Arizona for Mobile Food. Vendors: Commercial kitchen for the handling and preparation of food; Food Truck services such as electricity, water, control of grease and drainage, 24 hour parking and shelter service; Propane gas service; Commercial ice machines; and a fully stocked Warehouse with food/supplies for mobile food vendors , restaurants and the general public.
