Urban Wellness

We are Urban Yoga's sister company and wellness center, Urban Wellness. We offer a wealth of therapies and wellness services that can be used in addition too or as alternatives to Western medicine. We have well trained and highly qualified practitioners. We offer Therapeutic Massage, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Life Coaching, Nutrition, chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathic doctors, and drug/alcohol rehab counseling. We have a rich offering of wellness and educational workshops, in addition to free and donation based classes for Yoga.
