The students who train here, grow here. We also offer Power Tae AND Power Barre. Power Tae created by Grand Master J.G. Park is a great workout, to lose weight and tone your muscles. Power Barre is a smooth flowing workout, that will tone your entire body along with improving balance and flexibility. 30 Day Cancellation Policy for all Taekwondo Programs: 30 days notice is required to cancel contract. A USTA cancellation form must be signed to cancel, even if services are not rendered your account will continually be charged until form is signed. Once charged there are no refunds. Down payments are non-refundable.
