A 10-year veteran of cosmetology, hairstylist Raquel envisioned opening a salon where makeovers were status quo. To make her dream into a reality, she assembled a team of stylists who balance technique with their artistic visions and opened Velvet Pin Up. Here, clients can achieve bold new looks with haircuts, color changes, or complete makeovers.
