Re-Jacob I have been in this business for the past 35 years or so, and never run away from my responsibilities. I didn't sold Mr. Jacob two stoves at all, it was, instead, only one non-commercial stove built for single family. I was not aware of the commercial need of Mr. Jacob. I received a call 10 months later that the stove caught fire after months of services apparently from commercial use. Customers need to be alert to make the difference between commercial and single family used appliances.
