Although Vitalist cuisine is made with global spice and unparalleled flavor, the offering follow the Mediterranean diet for longevity. Sarah Ann Haugen , 25 year chef and creator of Vitalist Superfood cuisine is driven by sustainable growing practices utilizing local farms and produce whenever possible and sticking to whatever has some semblance of wild food.
