Johnny, owner of Warm Palm’s Massage accommodates his clients by familiarizing himself with client’s daily routine. He studies how they utilize their body movement in their day to day; uncover movement behaviors that may be something we’re used to and not “aware” of. Take for example posture, good posture is essential to good organ health and nervous system response. He gets a general scope of client’s needs and therefore works to target specific areas of the body that hold tension to alleviate tension, or common "stickiness" in muscle fibers and provide euphoric relaxation.
