We educate on the source of pain and instruct on at home care, stretching, exercise, application of heat or cold, and self massage techniques. Within one of our standard treatment sessions, many techniques may be used, depending upon your musculoskeletal situation. One of the most effective is deep tissue massage along with stretching.
