We connect Mind, Body & Spirit through a fitness-focused Martial Arts program for the entire family. Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Hyper Pro Training, Hyper Fight Club, Birthday Parties, Fitness & Conditioning classes, Yoga, Zumba. We also have a Special Needs program for students with Autism, ADHD, ADD, Downs Syndrome, Physical challenges, etc. We are also an officially licensed Kinder Kicks (Mommy & Me Fitness) location.
