Western Radiator Service

Alvin Tassano Sr and his son, Al Jr, purchased the business from its founders in 1955. Al's wife, Lillian, and Jr's wife, Joan, kept the books. Over the years, they honed their bench skills, developed their own shop equipment, and trained technicians in the art of radiator repairing and recoring. In the early 1980's, a 3rd generation joined, Daughter Terry and son Al having watched radiator repairs since they were children. Western Radiator is now in the capable hands of Terry and Al. More changes came as they recognized the need for a business that could manufacture automotive tubes and hoses. In 1997, they opened Western Tubes n' hoses, at original Stockton shop location. Their business philosophy is: honesty, reliability, dependability, and integrity. Keeping promises, doing it right, and giving service that you would like to receive is of utmost importance to Western Radiator. This business philosophy has kept hundreds of satisfied customers coming back over the last 60 years.
