Our spacious 15,000 square foot climate-controlled workout facility will help make working out one of the parts of your day! We offer over 55 Group Exercise Classes per week including Indoor Cycle, Group Power, Zumba, Group Centergy, Bootcamp, Group Step, Muscle Conditioning and Group Active, as well as more traditional classes such as Hatha Yoga and Water Aerobics. Our state of the art equipment includes Matrix ellipticals & Matrix bikes with personal TV’s, Cybex arc trainers, Lifecycle treadmills, free weights and Nautilus. Two racquetball courts are waiting for you to reduce that daily stress. Additional amenities include large clean Men’s & Women’s locker rooms equipped with relaxing dry sauna and steam room, as well as, towel service, hair dryers, soaps and shampoo.
