Westside Bistro

Westside Bistro is a full-service restaurant serving fresh seasonal cuisine. The Westside Bistro is owned and operated by the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, a nonprofit, hospitality educational institute that trains people for successful, family-sustaining careers in Southern Nevada. We work to reduce poverty and eliminate unemployment by providing vocational and job-readiness training to youth, adults, and displaced workers.
