Wheaton Barbell & Fitness was established to fill the need of all who are tired of the doldrums of working out in a corporate gym and having your fitness served to you as a combo meal. Here the body is the only machine we use and results are what matter the most. We take fitness back to its beginnings, without all the chrome, mirrors and juice bars; calisthenics, barbells and kettlebells plus a lot of sweat and a few tears is what makes us who we are.
