White Horse Ranch

We are a residential treatment facility specializing in helping adolescent girls between the ages of 12 and 18 with co-occurring disorders including mental health and substance abuse. We are CARF accredited and use EAGALA equine therapy with our clients. We specialize in areas of trauma, past abuse, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. We are at least a 90 day facility to graduate but lengths of stay vary greatly depending on client, family, and treatment team's opinion.Established in 2007.Tammie Smith is our Executive Director and began this treatment facility after having her own battle with cancer and communion with her higher power. She left politics and started White Horse Ranch as a way to give back and advocate for adolescents who were not having their voices heard in the appropriate ways.
