White Rabbit Kitchen

In November 2020, our custom-built trailer hit the road, marking the beginning of the White Rabbit Kitchen journey. The basis of our menu began with smoked meats, but we created a menu beyond traditional BBQ…crafting a variety of diverse dishes & cuisines. As an homage to the wood fired cooking, the name comes from childhood memories of saying “I love white rabbits” around a campfire.
