Wi Dae Taekkyon Academy

Taekkyon is a Korean traditional martial art that has been inherited form our ancestors. Taekkyon at its core is based on "Gumseullgi" movement, a unique rhythmic technique, combined with proper breathing techniques, that allows the user to maintain a seamless flow of hand and feet coordination. This results in a martial art style that provides the user with unparalleled control of the flow of the fight in both offense and defense. We also have have Pilates classes taught by qualified instructor Grace Bhan which focuses on stretching all aspects of the body, leading to alignment of the spine and recovery of balance between core muscles. Group and private sessions available.
