The work is all in the family at Willeman's with Florence designing; daughter Lynette manages the shop and is an interior and floral designer, and daughter Angela is a floral designer. For nearly 35 years Florence has taught horticulture at Four County Career Center and often calls on her former students to assist with special weddings or during the holidays.
