Wisdom Flow Yoga

Yoga from Iyegar to Vinyasa Flow. All instructors are highly trained and certified. We are precise yet playful and offer therapeutic alignment cues along with strengthening flows. Our side-by-side studios allow us to offer PlayCare so parents can practice. Monday Wednesday and Fridays 8:30AM, bring your kids. They enjoy our supervised play space while you practice next door.
