Our story begins with Freddy Dolgetta, our owner, who grew up in the Bronx immersed in the vibrant culinary traditions of his Italian immigrant parents. This deep love for food inspired him to open his first pizzeria at the young age of 21. Over the years, he established several successful restaurants throughout Westchester County, New York, each one known for its neighborhood atmosphere and family-style Italian cuisine.
