Yasmin Hassim is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, Myofascial Specialist, Osteofacial Specialist, Certified Stretch Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Wellness Expert. Following the completion of her undergraduate degree in Sports Science at the University of Natal, in Durban South Africa, she attended various Fitness and Wellness Certifications, Master Training Certifications and went on to complete a 1200+ hour massage therapy program at the prestigious and internationally acclaimed Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York City. Yasmin has been a very successful Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach since 2002 with extensive experience in sports conditioning and rehabilitation . She has been practicing in New York City, The Hamptons, and Palm Beach Florida. Her clientele varies from pro athletes to busy executives, housewives, teens, and even toddlers. She has spent many years educating herself in the fitness and massage world, and has worked since 2004 to certify herself as a Myofascial Release Expert. Yasmin has completed 500+ hours in this technique, and is currently studying Structural Integration and Osteopathic Approaches to health.
