Growing up in a less fortunate community i never had the luxury of attending sports training camps. As i excelled in sports throughout high school & college i began to create personalized training programs for myself and teammates and noticed major improvements. So i decided to start this training program at an affordable price where all athletes can attend and effectively work on their strengths and weaknesses challenging them to become better athletes. With an outstanding background and over 10 years of training experience, myself and the trainers of Y.E.D.T bring both passion and expertise to the field, helping you believe & achieve.
