At Yoga Centered, we strive to provide a space in which people can develop and grow as individuals, and can positively impact their families and communities through the practices of yoga. We teach authentic, sustainable yoga that is full of heart.We offer 30 classes a week in alignment based vinyasa, yin, restorative and therapeutic styles of yoga. We also offer 200 Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Trainings and a variety of workshops. We also have a eco-friendly boutique, carrying yoga wear as well as casual to dressy wear, yoga props, books, music, local jewelry, oils, and so much more!
