Inspired by a passion for real, locally sourced food and a love of Western North Carolina, Yonder was imagined by Alan and Hannah Edwards. All of our dishes are made to order from the same ingredients that nourished our parents and grandparents. Our meats are grass-fed, pasture raised and free of nitrates, nitrites and antibiotics. Anson mills provides us with heirloom flour and stone ground grits, and Armor farms in Franklin NC deliver our fresh free-range eggs. Our greens and vegetables are sourced from surrounding WNC and NE Georgia farms. We hope that your experience with us will inspire you to support local farms and eat real food.
