I'm Joi Dupre and I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and massage therapy as well as creating a space where people feel safe, nurtured, and loved. I offer therapeutic massage where I blend various therapeutic styles of bodywork (19 yrs experience) as well as private, semi-private, group, and corporate yoga classes that focus on form, alignment, and safety. Massage and Private Yoga sessions may be scheduled separate or as a combination of the two. Together or separate, massage therapy and yoga create balance in all areas of your life.
