Yusen Associates is an Independent Manufacturer Representative Agency focused on selling products and services to the Electrical industry. Our primary customer is the Electrical Wholesaler. We also serve, support and maintain important relationships with the Electrical Contractor, Electrical Engineer, Architect and Lighting Design communities. We represent commodity products, typical electrical supply products, lighting controls as well as light fixtures and lamps. Yusen Associates was founded in 1927 by Robert Yusen. In 1975 Walter Yusen became our President and the firm was purchased in 1999 by Barry Enegess and David Michael. Yusen Associates then purchased Vanguard Lighting in July 2007 and Barry Wolff joined the company in 2010. Today, Yusen’s diversified product offering covers territory in six New England States and has 80 employees in a unique three division structure.
