Zara's Collision Center

Established in 1987.Owners, Brad & Julie Zara were 23 years old when they decided to accept the responsibilities of self-employment, opening Zara's Auto Body in Feb, 1987. The name change to Zara's Collision Center occured in 1991 when the business moved into a newly built facility. Today, Zara's has grown to be the largest single location collision repair business in Central Illinois. Many businesses boast about their customer service. At Zara's, we put our money where our mouth is by employing a third party company to survey our customers and collect the most honest feedback possible. We don't just gather survey data, we actually listen to our customers and mold our systems and processes to best meet their needs. Here at Zara's we understand that in order to be able to offer outstanding service to our customers, we must have the best players on our team. Therefore, we strive to be the employer of choice in our market. We also feel strongly about giving back to our community that has been so good to us!
