Private yoga, meditation instruction life coaching and vegan health and lifestyle coaching is available online via Zoom. Massage therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, Cupping) is available in person at your home in Manhattan, Riverdale or lower Westchester, or at on of my rental locations on the Upper West Side or Upper East Side. COVID precautions are in place for your safety and mine.
