After closing Zia's Trattoria and Zia's Lago Vista in November, 2021, Joe & Mary Kay decided to combine the great vibes and staff of both locations and create a more updated urban bar focusing on regional Italian food with an innovative twist. They were able to find a fantastic space with a wood burning pizza oven at 6158 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago.
