Zumba Fitness North Shore

An intense exercise class alongside a variety of latin-based music to give you a great workout without even realizing it! I promise, it's like a party! This class started in February of 2014. It's the only fitness class at Sunset Beach Elementary school and attracts people of all ages and genders. My intention of this class is to be a cardio-pumping all around workout for anyone who desires to join. I do the best I can at incorporating different kinds of music and dance routines for everyone in my class. I have a blast while teaching and want everyone to have that same feeling while working out. My idea is to make exercising FUN and something to look forward to.
