Zumba Maui Style

I teach Authentic Zumba Fitness Classes. Very energetic and High Cardio workout, geared to all levels and ages. In my class you will burn 500-1000 calories in 1hr. The class consist of warm-up, choreography 70%latin rhythms and 30% world wide music and Stretching at the end ! Bring a bottle of water, towel, and wear tenis shoes. You don’t have to be a powerhouse gym member to attend . Class is $5 drop in for hawaii residents and $3 for gym members. $8 for visitors . Can’t wait to party with you in Zumba class .
