Fit-Well Bodywork Therapy

Not your typical massage. This is geared towards specific therapeutic treatments. Sessions consist of movement assessment to identify mobility restrictions, addressing the underlying cause(s) of the restrictions via localized release of bounded tissue, movement therapy, and more. Ultimately improves daily functional movements and/or athletic performance, corrects muscle imbalances, improves posture, treats muscle tension and pains.
