Stylist was awsome, receptionist - yikes! - one in particular acts like she's in some Manhattan or LA salon - except they wouldn't put up with her -- had to cancel appointment, didn't want to, but got sick day of appointment, this chick tried to force me to take a later time same day-- when I called back to tell her I just couldn't do it, she told me to call when I was having a "better" day and hung up on me! I'm loyal and a generous tipper so I don't know what happened but Cust svc in this economy for the fees charged and ready competition -- well reception should be so much better. This is to be relaxing, I don't need some smartass taking my $100 check!
