License Georgia Master Barber my business has been stolen from me since Nov.2015. Just waiting for a court date to sue these thieves who haven't honored the contract they signed. As of 20Nov15 my business was STOLEN by the Powell's with the help of the County director. They displaced several people who worked there. One lawsuit against them for displacement was awarded to one the displaced folks for $9000.00, but they have yet to pay it. I finally got my court date because they asked for a jury trial(buying time) will start 17Jan17. So since 20Nov15 by Theft of Deception or Conversion they have be operating my business and trying to make people think the are Regency.
