Tricia's Cafe of Babylon Village Established in 1997, Tricia's American Cafe is one of Babylon's many fine eateries. Family owned & operated, Tricia, Dave and their sons make everyone feel at home. With 25 years of restaurant experience to their credit, with family eateries from Jesse's in Huntington, N.Y. to Flyin' Fish Saloon in Ocean City, Maryland, Tricia & Dave have done a great job combining atmosphere, food quality and personalized service. From our hand shaped black angus burgers and jumbo wraps to our blackened sirloin with fresh bleu cheese or homemade crabcakes everything is made fresh and to order.
